• Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. As a matter of fact, we redesign sites quite frequently. Many web sites on the net today contain outdated style and inconvenient navigation. It is good to refresh your site at least once a year to update information and give viewers a new look.

• I've seen a lot of people get burned by Web site designers. How do I know you're credible?
The best way we know to prove our credibility is for you to take a look at the sites we've done and talk to the people we've worked with. You can contact anyone we've ever worked with (see our portfolio) and ask them what it's like to work with us. Don't be afraid to ask them tough questions. No project ever goes perfectly. What's important is how we handle adversity.

• Can I update my site myself?
If you're comfortable with making minor changes to your site we see no reason why you shouldn't. Of course, we'll give you a hand if you need help. The one thing we don't recommend is making major changes to your site yourself. We've seen many people ruin their sites in the process just to save a few dollars.

• Do you help promote the Web sites you create?
Yes. We specialize in getting your web site listed at the top of the search engines. We can also help you with banner ads, press releases, and other strategic marketing avenues.

• How long will it take to complete my site?
This varies depending on how many changes there are, how fast you get the materials we need to us, and a myriad of other factors. As a rule of thumb, most projects generally take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to complete.
